We reached a major milestone today. I actually managed to make Jordan smile in reaction to something I was doing. Before, he'd smile in his sleep, so it was more of an instinctive move as opposed to smiling because he was happy or amused. It's silly but I've been waiting for this day. I love making babies smile!
I coaxed a smile out of him by kissing his nose and then later shaking one of his rattles in front of him. As adorable as he is normally, he's even cuter when he's smiling!
But then, he promptly began to cry and that was the end of that. Oh well, soon he'll be all smiles all the time! Or so I'm hoping...
