Here's a question -- what do you get a five month old who has no idea what a holiday is?
I've been grappling with that question for several weeks. Do I get Jordan several gifts? Or do I wrap up a bunch of styrofoam peanuts and let him go crazy? I mean, do babies realize what's going on?
Of course, if I don't get him any gifts, the ol' parent guilt will set in and I'll immediately regret it.
So, I'm taking the middle road. We're buying him a few gifts but we're also wrapping a bunch of empty boxes to provide him with some impromptu entertainment.
I'll let you know which one he enjoys more.
